Biotechnology Innovation
EA Group is committed to advancing biotechnology innovation by transforming Thailand’s renewable agricultural resources into high-value, sustainable solutions. Through continuous research and development, the Group has pioneered technologies for Hydrotreated Vegetable Oil (HVO), Bio-Phase Change Materials (Bio-PCM), and Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF).
Green Technology Research Co., Ltd. (GTR), EA Group’s biotechnology R&D arm, develops proprietary HVO and Bio-PCM technologies that support the Group’s renewable energy and sustainable materials businesses. As the technology owner of HVO and Bio-PCM, GTR also holds Thailand’s first patent for bio-based phase change material production technology, demonstrating its leadership in renewable fuels and advanced sustainable materials.

Electric Vehicle Technology
EA Group emphasizes comprehensive research and development of electric vehicle technologies, covering commercial electric vehicles, electric passenger ferries, electric locomotives, battery systems, and related technologies. The aim is to create innovations that meet market demands. Operations follow the concept of “MISSION NO EMISSION” and include the establishment of the “MINE Mobility” commercial EV research center, serving as a sustainable development hub for Thai commercial electric vehicle innovations.

Battery Testing
