Responsibility

  • Drive the AI & Automation strategic directions of all technical teams.
  • Lead the opportunity assessment and review process to identify process improvement opportunities by applying AI automation and Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology
  • Develop project plans and coordinate with stakeholders to prepare documentation (e.g., process mapping, requirements, approvals) and resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in business process improvement.
  • At least 1 - 2 years of practical experience implementing AI and no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n ,Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Cassidy AI, Power Automate , UiPath (RPA) ,Notion) to enhance operational workflows.

Responsibility

  • Design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI systems in real-world enterprise environments to enhance productivity and support digital transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

  • Ability to communicate effectively in English for technical work purposes.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs)
