Responsibility
- Drive the AI & Automation strategic directions of all technical teams.
- Lead the opportunity assessment and review process to identify process improvement opportunities by applying AI automation and Lean Six Sigma process improvement methodology
- Develop project plans and coordinate with stakeholders to prepare documentation (e.g., process mapping, requirements, approvals) and resolve issues.
- Train and coach employees on AI & Automation (no-code), to build workflows, and apply prompt engineering. Ensure AI workflows comply with data governance & security.
- Build and maintain an internal AI community; research & practice new AI tools, promote AI knowledge sharing, inspire new ideas, and enable cross-department collaboration.
- Monitor project progress, measure cost and benefits analysis (time saved, FTE reduction), and report outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 - 8 years’ experience in business process improvement.
- At least 1 - 2 years of practical experience implementing AI and no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n ,Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Cassidy AI, Power Automate , UiPath (RPA) ,Notion) to enhance operational workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex processes and deliver measurable improvements in ROI, productivity, and efficiency.
- Proven track record in developing clear and structured business process documentation.
- Strong project management capabilities with attention to detail and execution.
- High level of analytical thinking, collaborative mindset, and proactive planning.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams

Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deploy Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI systems in real-world enterprise environments to enhance productivity and support digital transformation initiatives.
- Develop and maintain systems related to Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Agentic AI for use cases such as automation, chatbots, knowledge management, and decision support.
- Design and develop AI solutions including Enterprise Chatbots, AI Virtual Assistants, Intelligent Document Processing, OCR, and Multimodal AI systems
- Develop AI Agents for workflow automation, multi-step reasoning, tool usage, and integration with internal enterprise systems such as ERP, document management systems, and various APIs
- Research, experiment with, and evaluate emerging AI technologies to continuously improve solution effectiveness and innovation.
- Test, monitor, and optimize the performance of AI models in production environments
- Prepare technical documentation and support standards related to AI governance, security, and responsible AI practices
- Share knowledge and promote AI adoption across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience developing AI solutions for large enterprises or enterprise-scale projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English for technical work purposes.
- At least 1 year of experience in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or Generative AI, particularly with Large Language Models (LLMs)
- Experience in designing, developing, and evaluating AI systems in production, including LLM evaluation, monitoring, observability, A/B testing, and continuous performance optimization.
- Strong knowledge and experience in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), vector databases, knowledge search, semantic search, and data management to support AI solutions.
- Understanding of AI Agents, Agentic AI, workflow automation, and prompt engineering to support business process automation and decision-making.
- Experience in backend development and API design, such as Python, FastAPI, Flask, including data pipelines, data processing, and system integration.
- Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps, deployment, or a software engineering background is a strong plus.
- Strong system thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a continuous interest in staying up to date with emerging AI technologies. Experience in OCR, Multimodal AI, or Document AI will be an advantage.

Responsibility
- Manage the day-to-day accounting AP & AR activities in compliance with company policies, regulations, accounting principles and standards
- Review and monitor to ensure that the details of monthly financial statements are prepared accurately and completely
- Review GL accounts reconciliation and follow up to close outstanding items
- Monitor fixed assets acquisition, transfer, write-off, CIP and related depreciation to comply with policy, inventory and participating in annual physical count
- Review a full range of withholding tax (PND3, 53 ,54), vat (PP30,36) in compliance with laws and regulations to be complete, accurate, and within a timeframe to the Revenue Department
- Review detailed cost analysis and support for business decisions, including marketing and product development
- Review reconciliations of physical inventory counts for products, raw materials, consumables, and spare parts against accounting system balances
- Support preparing financial statements, including month-end closing, Quarter closing and year-end closing statements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting and/or Costing / Finance
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a focus on AP, AR, GL

- Developing custom forms and pages, and custom functionality modules upon request
- A successful delivery from inception to completion

Qualifications
