We, Energy Absolute Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to report the additional information in respect of the 5 new subsidiaries as requested by SET. The details are as follows : ? The reasons for setting up 5 new subsidiaries 1. EA Renewable Holding Co.,Ltd. (ERH) : being the Holding Company for the electricity business group 2. EA Solar Phitsanulok Co., Ltd. (ESP) : being the project owner of Solar Power Plant with capacity of 90 MW at Phisanulok 3. EA Wind Hadkanghan 1 Co., Ltd. (EWHK1) / EA Wind Hadkanghan 2 Co., Ltd. (EWHK2) and EA Wind Hadkanghan 3 Co., Ltd. (EWHK3) : being project owners of wind power plants for 3 projects with total capacity 126 MW as details below : EWHK1 - being the project owner of wind power plant with capacity of 36 MW at Songkhla EWHK2 - being the project owner of wind power plant with capacity of 45 MW at Nakhon Si Thammarat EWHK3 - being the project owner of wind power plant with capacity of 45 MW at Nakhon Si Thammarat ? The benefit from the establishment of 5 new subsidiaries According to the Company's plan to obtain the credit facility as project finance, therefore, to clarifying the asset - liability of each project, it is necessary to establish 5 new subsidiaries as the above mentioned.
