Shareholders of Energy Absolute Approve Authorization for Board to Offer the Rights of Phitsanulok Power Plant Project for 25 Years, at 8,000 MB or more

Bangkok (31 January 2025) – Energy Absolute PCL (EA), one of Thailand’s leading renewable energy businesses, today announced that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders, the Meeting resolved to approve with 100% of the total number of votes of shareholders attending the meeting and entitled to vote by authorization for the Board of Directors to take any actions related to offering the rights of EA Solar Phitsanulok power plant project of by establishing the framework and principles for the price of 8,000 million baht or more for 25 years.
