Responsibility

Responsibility
- Verify and record accounts payable in accordance with accounting principles and company regulations
- Accurately and completely record general journal entries in the accounting system
- Review and reconcile accounts on a monthly basis to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports

Responsibility
- Manage the day-to-day accounting AP & AR activities in compliance with company policies, regulations, accounting principles and standards
- Review and monitor to ensure that the details of monthly financial statements are prepared accurately and completely
- Review GL accounts reconciliation and follow up to close outstanding items
- Monitor fixed assets acquisition, transfer, write-off, CIP and related depreciation to comply with policy, inventory and participating in annual physical count
- Review a full range of withholding tax (PND3, 53 ,54), vat (PP30,36) in compliance with laws and regulations to be complete, accurate, and within a timeframe to the Revenue Department
- Review detailed cost analysis and support for business decisions, including marketing and product development
- Review reconciliations of physical inventory counts for products, raw materials, consumables, and spare parts against accounting system balances
- Support preparing financial statements, including month-end closing, Quarter closing and year-end closing statements
Qualifications
