Bank of China (Thailand) announced on 15th August 2023 that it has commissioned SGS Hong Kong Limited to attest Absolute Assembly Company Limited (AAB), one of EA group companies, operating EV assembly plant in Thailand, had aligned with Green Loan Principle 2023 and Framework.
             AAB has developed the Green Finance Framework under the criteria for issuing green loans by utilizing loans for electric commercial transportation projects. SGS considers that such projects are expected to create positive effect on the environment.
             AAB has received THB 750 million with multi-currency green revolving loan from Bank of China (Thailand), which can be used to pay transactions in RMB currency to support the company’s procurement from China. This project is the part of the Energy Absolute (EA) Group's commitment to promoting sustainable business and supporting companies that operate environmentally friendly business.
